The primary goal of Bronx Heroes Comic Con is to provide the Bronx community and its youth with awareness of career opportunities in the comic book industry by exposing Bronx residents, regardless of age to emerging and professional artists and writers.  Bronx Heroes Comic Con hopes to foster new generations of readers by promoting literacy through the reading and exploration  of comics and graphic novels.  We accomplish our goal by participating in National Free Comic Book Day by networking with local comic stores and by utilizing teaching artists and writers in panel talks.  Bronx Heroes Comic Con strives to promote the understanding and appreciation of graphic novels and comic book art.  The Bronx Heroes is proud t o be a part  of developing young and aspiring artists who need professional direction on how to make a living through their artwork.  We offer portfolio reviews to all ages at our events .  Bronx Heroes Comic Con also publishes the comic title, " Bronx Heroes",  "BX Heroes 2.0" , "Runaway Slave" and will be debuting in 2012 , its anime title for teens by teens comic, "Tokyo Bronx".
