"A World Without SuperHeroes" was created in 1993 and was originally published in 2000. Originally the series was published in black and white and then re-published in 2007 in full color. The series then came under fire by the "Big Two" DC and Marvel comics. For four years there was a trademark dispute over who owned the word "SuperHero". In 2010, Marvel and DC decided to settle the case with Ray Felix. Since then, "A World Without Superheroes" had resumed printing. The book is still in publication, and still has new issues being released annually.
